Aspen Canyon Ranch

Our Ranch is special. We have 500 acres of deeded mountain land, some 2,700 acres of leased property and a United States Forestry Service permit covering more than 50 square miles of pristine forests, waterways and valleys. Our Ranch was built on the site of a rugged pioneer settlement at the crossing of the original county road and the Williams Fork River. Horseback Riding
Our wranglers take you over different trails each day on your own sure-footed mountain horse, teach you how to saddle up, and help you to become a better rider with personal instruction. If you want to rodeo, we can time you around the barrels or show you how to rope. You get to ride in small groups with others of similar riding ability and interests.


Accommodations
Our guests have found our log cabins and Cliff House to be an excellent combination of privacy, comfort and convenience. They are rustically decorated with handmade log furniture and have decks that overlook the river. All of the cabins have private baths, refrigerators, coffee makers, fireplaces, carpet and warm comforters. They also come stocked with cookies and cokes. Our Lodge is where meals are served, lectures in wildlife and history to Cowboy music and poetry, square dances are held, western movies are shown, books are available and cozy fires are made. Guests enjoy our home-cooked meals and have given our main courses an excellent rating.

Kids Canyon
We have a great kid's program with kid's wranglers to help your child with equine care, saddling, horseback riding lessons, kid's rodeo and great horseback riding adventures.  Our kid's counselors will enjoy many activities with your child, such as, crafts, petting zoo, cookouts, hiking, fishing, teepee campout, campfires with s'mores, the swimming hole adventure and much more!
