Accomodations, Rates & Packages
 Dude Ranch Accommodations
Our
cabins are modern log structures, fully-carpeted with electric heat. We
have 1 & 3 bedroom units, each with a sitting room and fireplace or
woodburning stove, refrigerator and daily maid service. The Dude Ranch
kitchen provides a varied menu of delicious cuisine, planned with your
entire week in mind. We know many of you are becoming more health
conscious, so we offer light fare along with hearty items at each meal.
Because there are so many interesting things in our area that we want
to share with you, we conduct mini lectures and exploratory outings.
Together we will look into the vegetation, wildlife, geology and
history of the surrounding area.
Nordic Center Ranch Winter Rates
December 15, 2007- March 23, 2008
Adults: $165 / day
Children 5-13: $105 / day
Children under 5: free in room with parents
Winter rates include accommodations with:
- sitting room
- woodburning stove
- three meals served in the lodge
- use of Latigo facilities (hot tub, recreation hall)
- use of groomed cross-country ski track
- skiing lessons

2008 Summer Season: June 1- September 20
Rates for June 20- August 23
Adults: $2,400 / person per week
Children (6-13 years): $1,725 / child per week
Children (3-5 years): $1,250 / child per week
Infants (2 and under) Free in room with parents
These rates are an all-inclusive package plan and include:
- gratuity
- meals
- lodging
- horseback riding and instruction
- overnight pack trip
- social activities
- river rafting
- use of all facilities
- the children's program
- and of course, incredible scenery!

Taxes are 4.6% additional.
Rates for Discounted Seasons:
June 1 - June 21
Adults: $2,050 / week
Children 6-13: $1,525 / week
Children 3-5: $1,125 / week
August 24 - September 13
Adults: $2,000 / week
Children 6-13: $1,475 / week
Children 3-5: $1,075 / week
September 7 - 13 is week reserved only for adults.
Partial-week
stays are accepted during the discount seasons listed above. These
stays require a 3-day minimum with check-in on either Sunday or
Wednesday. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your reservation.
Check-in / Check-out
Guest
check in after 2:30pm and before 6:00pm on Sunday, and Checkout on
Saturday, around 2pm. We encourage guests to stay through lunch on
Saturday to get in that "last ride."
Deposit
An advance, non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a reservation.
Form of Payment
We will be happy to take a personal check, cash or travelers checks.
Cancellations
Cancellations
made before 45 days of scheduled arrival will result in a refund of the
deposit less a $75 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations made
within 45 days of scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of the
entire deposit unless we can fill the vacated space. If we can fill the
vacated space with some other guest, then the deposit will be refunded,
less the $75 fee.
Family Reunions
Families
are discovering that Latigo Dude Ranch is ideal for reunions. The
combination of activities, children's program, and all meals provided,
give variety and freedom ideal for a large family.
Groups, Meetings and Conferences
Our
Dude Ranch is ideal for small group meetings. The location, high in the
Colorado Rocky Mountains, encourages an especially creative atmosphere
and truly productive sessions. We avoid mixing meeting groups with our
regular family guests. Often meeting and conference groups can book the
entire Dude Ranch for their exclusive use. Ask what we can offer for
your next meeting.
Laundry Facilities
For the convenience of the guests, we have laundry facilities at the ranch.
National Forest Permits
To
enhance the guest experience, skiing and other recreational activities
are often conducted on a permitted area of Routt and Arapaho national
Forests.
